Bill Tucker, President
​
Bill Tucker graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Since graduating from college, Mr. Tucker was passionate about building great projects and started as a Superintendent and Project Manager for Southern California’s largest general contractors.
In 1980, Mr. Tucker founded Seashore Construction, Inc. and focused on commercial Tenant Improvements. With his experience and genuine passion to help, Seashore Construction became a prestigious construction company retaining clients and servicing new clients all over Southern California.
As a resident of Orange County, Mr. Tucker is very active in his community and joined several local civic and industry organizations such as BOMA, IFMA, AOA, and the Orange County Performing Arts Center.
Mr. Tucker firmly believes in this company, his community, and is dedicated to sharing the same values of building relationships as a cornerstone of the industry.

At the inception of your project, our Chief Estimator provides a detailed estimate using the latest planning, schematic, and design programs giving you a very comprehensive bid breakdown. Additionally, our Chief Estimator and our Project Management Team will work tirelessly to ensure your bid is accurate and to code.
Once started, we want to ensure your project is safe and compliant to all agencies and is beautiful when completed.

Project Manager & Superintendents
Our Project Managers and Superintendents are key to all phases of your construction project. They are a crucial element of the construction process and the onsite liaison to you–the client, architects, engineers, and all local, county, and state agencies to ensure your project is completed as promised.
Accounting Staff
Our Accounting staff is fully experienced and is here for you every step of the way. From general accounting to CSI coding to managing subcontractor and supplier billing to the coordination of releases and waivers, the Accounting Staff at Seashore Construction wants to make sure that every monetary decision is accurate, meets your expectations, and meets your budget to the last penny.
